Unity: Old age/new sage

Unity is a positive way of living. Wherever you are in your life today there is always the option to change up and see things differently in a more loving and positive way. God is all good and always present and has gifted us with the power to change our minds and make a better choice. Our thoughts and words are tools we use in our affirmations, prayers and meditation. Most of us are retired and now have the time to develop a spiritual practice in which we can spend time in prayer, read literature on spirituality, meditate, participate in classes, do Reiki, take walks in nature and live each moment mindfully and with gratitude. Life is full of wonderful and positive options and while many would call this stage of our life old age, at Unity we call it the age of wisdom. There is a mystic deep within the physical façade the outside world calls you. Are you willing to seek it?
