It’s the perfect fun-filled girlfriend event! Lots of shopping, fabulous gift baskets, brunch and a special program. Our exclusive vendor fair features your favorite vendors and some great new ones, too. Adding to the excitement is the terrific gift basket raffle. Tickets will be on sale throughout the morning. You won’t want to miss out on the chance to win a beautiful gift basket or two. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for shopping; brunch will be served at 10:00 a.m. Remember the vendors will be there after the brunch so you can shop to your heart’s content. This event benefits the various works of Stonecroft Ministries. Mark your calendar now for Thursday, November 10 at the Kingston Ballroom of the Oakwood Country Club of Sun Lakes. As a No. 1 TV news anchor in southern California for nearly 30 years, Carol Le Beau covered some of the nation’s most important stories. She’s won numerous awards for her work and is a popular speaker and emcee at women’s events and health symposia/conferences. For most of her career…Carol covered health news for San Diego’s ABC 10, reporting nightly on the latest medical breakthroughs, new technologies and exercise and nutrition tips. But staying healthy was more than a TV news assignment for Carol – it’s a way of life. She runs, bikes and is a ranked Master’s rough water swimmer. Carol is now working as a free-lance journalist and motivational speaker. She and husband Tom, a retired Navy pilot, live in West Virginia. You will see her passion as Carol talks about the relationship that has kept her grounded as she shares her message, “An Anchor for Life.”

Cancellations need to be made no later than Monday, November 7 by 10:00 a.m. by calling Cindi Decker at 515-770-7974. Reservations not cancelled must be honored. The cost is $15 inclusive at the door. Gluten free or special needs meals will be $1 extra and must be pre-ordered. Any special dietary concerns not pre-ordered cannot be accommodated the day of the event. Cost includes brunch, taxes, gratuity, speaker’s expenses, publicity, and miscellaneous fees.
