How about starting off the new year doing something special and meaningful? The Perfect Place is looking for volunteers! The Perfect Place is a social and recreational day care facility (non-medical) providing a nurturing environment for seniors. Our hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and an afternoon session from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. On Tuesday, there is only an afternoon session, and we are closed on Thursday. The Perfect Place is housed at Risen Savior Lutheran Church on Alma School Road. Anyone able to provide a little entertainment is always welcome also.

You can volunteer once, twice or whenever convenient per month for a three-hour session and work along with the Activities Director. I guarantee you will feel good about helping out, and the caregivers will feel GREAT and will so appreciate having a little respite time!
