Sun Lakes United Methodist Church was founded 30 years ago with 25 members. Today it is a strong church providing support for hundreds of mission projects around the world, including the recent disasters in Texas and Florida. The church serves almost 1,000 members, associates, affiliates and frequent visitors with a budget over $1 million.

You are invited to join in a day of celebration for the 30th anniversary in ministry for Sun Lakes United Methodist Church on October 29, beginning with Bishop Robert Hoshibata delivering a sermon at the 8:15 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. worship services. The evening festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. with dinner at 5:00 p.m., finishing with guest speaker Rev. Don Bommarito.

We especially invite our friends in the Jewish Congregation with whom we have shared many years of shared services and celebrations.
