The Ladies of Copper Drive gathered for an afternoon tea.
The Ladies of Copper Drive are always ready for fun! Every month, they gather for luncheon, book discussions and Happy Hours (with their spouses). At the beginning of March, they donned their finest frocks, hats, and gloves to celebrate the conclusion of Downton Abbey with an afternoon tea, hosted by Lady Carol Kay at her own Blatnicky Abbey. Finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and lemon curd and assorted sweets were served with four types of tea. The tea was served, at perfect temperature, in beautiful Downton Abbey tea cups, and beautiful teapots and serving pieces were on display.
It was a jolly good event!
