One Sunday morning when Pam Bianchi, along with her two granddaughters, was walking towards St. Steven’s Church, she stopped at the Memorial Fountain for the Unborn located at the front entrance of church.
The two girls sat down on the edge of the fountain, put their arms around each other and held in front of them their stuffed animal “the Lamb.”
Quickly, Grandma spontaneously took their picture and then continued on into church. Later, Grandma looked at the picture and was touched by what she saw. It is a reminder to all that this picture helps us to reflect on and celebrate Easter; as “the Lamb” is a symbol of God, and the two girls are a gift from God, as are the lives of each one of us. Let us not forget the Unborn.
