Most of us know that good nutrition and exercise are essential for good health, yet many of us struggle to understand the fundamental building blocks of nutrition. The right foods help our bodies build and repair tissue and decrease inflammation, which protect us from malnutrition, illnesses like the flu and diseases like cancer or autoimmune disorders. The right foods are the fuel that gives us the necessary energy to go about our day. Small, sensible changes to our everyday eating pattern are all it takes to make significant health improvements.

Fit and Fun Health and Wellness Group is an informal, positive group of women making lifestyle changes together. We offer educational information, support, encouragement, reinforcement and good times. We meet every Wednesday in Cottonwood Country Club Room A-7.
