Victor Yarter was born in Buffalo, New York, but his family moved to Tempe in 1968 and he has been an Arizona resident ever since. Victor graduated from ASU in 1989 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, and since then has received a Master’s Degree in both Fine Arts and Life Coaching.
In the 1980s and early 1990s, Victor worked for the government doing loss prevention work for military hardware and technology overseas. He then moved into the motorcycle field, providing factory sales and support for law enforcement agencies, and eventually owning his own motorcycle shop in Mesa for several years.
Two years ago, Victor found a new passion, working in the Medical Detox field helping coach and aid people with addiction issues. He also works as a professional life coach and motivational speaker.
Victor has two sons who attend ASU and U of A. His hobbies include motorcycles, a ‘57 Chevy, and his dog.
Victor worked with the MSCO Posse for almost a decade, leaving to become one of the founding members of the Arizona Rangers-Sun Lakes Company in 2019. He “loves serving the local community and helping others,” and believes the Rangers is the best opportunity to accomplish that.
