Nov. 9 at 1 a.m. is the date and time for the Marshall Trimble program, presented by the Friends of the Robson Library. Mr. Trimble is the official Arizona Historian and is often referred to as the “Will Rogers of Arizona” for his folksy and humorous speaking style. In recognition of the popularity of this unique and highly entertaining speaker, the program will be held in the sanctuary of the Sun Lakes Methodist Church at 9248 E. Riggs Road, adjacent to the Robson Library, and is provided free by the Friends of the Robson Library.
Marshall Trimble is a man of many talents—author, historian, cowboy singer, humorist, and college professor. Throughout his long and illustrious career, he has tirelessly promoted Arizona through his popular speaking engagements, books, and teaching, for which he has received many state and national awards.
His appearance is not to be missed!
