The annual Bradshaw/Neu Charity Tennis Tournament benefiting the Chandler Boys & Girls Club, Neighbors Who Care, and Ability360, has been successful throughout the past 15 years through its many sponsors, which includes one of its own Cottonwood Tennis Club members, Kathy Moore with Battery Doctors.
Battery Doctors is hosting a two-hour patio celebration for the success of the event. The patio happy hour will follow the Thursday, Dec. 7, tennis matches from 4 to 6 p.m. and is open to participating players, volunteers, and significant others. The primary purpose of the Bradshaw/Neu Tournament is to provide financial assistance to our three honored groups who provide help and services throughout the community. The event provides an occasion for good tennis competition and camaraderie for neighboring community tennis players.
Sponsorships are still available for tournament publication in the December edition of the Splash. Interested sponsors may contact Dean Sinerius at [email protected], Steve Nolan at [email protected], or Steve Hardesty at [email protected] to sign on.
The December edition of the Splash will provide the player groups, as well as more bio information of the wheelchair players and details on how you can be a partner of or an opponent with the Ability360 players.
