In January the Sun Lakes Mobile Food Program will be coming to the Sun Lakes communities. We will be back to our distribution point at the main office of Sun Lakes Country Club once every two weeks and will be working on expanding our delivery points to each of the five Sun Lakes communities and more, to be there once every two weeks as well.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization that will assist the residents of Sun Lakes and other retirement communities in the area with a local food program that will bring much-needed groceries and supplies directly to the members of the communities who have a financial, physical, or mental health need for help to keep themselves fed.
We are in need of volunteers to help uphold our motto of “Where Neighbors Help Neighbors.” So, if you can help us help you and your neighbors, please get in touch with Executive Director Jim McMichael at 602-918-5090.
