InnoCaption is a mobile app providing real-time captioning for phone calls. The InnoCaption app offers either automated speech recognition (ASR) or live stenographers (CART). Plus, funded by the FCC, it is offered at no cost to eligible users in the U.S. Mr. Goncalves will provide a detailed overview of the InnoCaption app, along with several points highlighting technology that is available, such as reviewing past call transcripts, the ability to initiate three-way calls, and multilingual support.
