IronOaks Tennis Club shared the love with its members by hosting a fun tennis mixer and free lunch.
On Feb. 8 the IronOaks Tennis Club (IOTC) hosted a fun-filled Valentine-themed social tennis mixer for its members. Several players sported Valentine’s colors, in keeping with the theme. Approximately 40 people enjoyed social tennis with random pairings from 10:30 a.m. to noon, followed by a free lunch attended by 60. Members and their guests enjoyed sandwiches, chips, ice cream sundaes, and tennis-themed cookies, hand-decorated by Carol Mellinger.
The Valentine’s Tennis Mixer is just one of many planned events hosted by the IOTC throughout the tennis season (October through May).
