Do you need help with your taxes? Have questions that require special assistance? Get your questions answered by, VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance). Assistance is free of charge. Please note, in the past homeowners have arrived prior to the 8:00 a.m. sign uptime and have attempted to start their own sign up lists, mark their spot in line with a post-it note, or other various forms of unofficial sign ups. These methods are not valid and will be discarded at 8:00 a.m. when the official sign-up sheet is put out. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
UpTown Art Painting Class and Happy Hour
Date: Friday, April 24
Time: 2:00-4:30 p.m.
Location: Navajo Room at Sun Lakes Country Club
Cost: $23 per person
Join us for an afternoon of painting and drinks with your friends! UpTown Art brings painting to you with an all-inclusive class that will allow you to leave with your very own masterpiece. The cost of the event includes all the materials you will need, personalized instruction and a complimentary glass of wine. Follow along as an UpTown Artist leads the entire class through painting the selected event picture.
Not an artist? That’s okay! The instructors are there to make it easy for you to follow along and will help individuals as needed.
A cash bar will be available for additional alcoholic beverages. Bring your best friend and buy a bottle of wine to share, or purchase drinks by the glass.
Advance tickets are necessary. Purchase yours today at the Administrative Services desk at Sun Lakes Country Club.
Flea Market
Date: April 18 (third Saturday of each month)

Happy Hour
Date: Every Monday-Thursday
Time: 2:00-5:00 p.m. Bar stays open until 6:30 p.m.
Location: North patio
Join us for happy hour on our newly constructed north patio! You can enjoy $2.50 cans of beer, $3 well drinks and $3.50 glasses of wine. Complimentary appetizer snacks are offered with purchase of beverage.
Dinner at the Sunset Grill
Date: Every Thursday and Friday evenings
Time: 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Location: Arizona Room
Join us for full service dinner provided from your very own Association restaurant!
Thursday night is our featured prime rib special! House cut is only $14.95 and our King cut is $17.95; and every Friday is our traditional all-you-can-eat fish fry – $10.95 for all you can eat. We hope to see you soon!
Sunday Drink Specials

Enjoy $4.00 coffee liquor drinks and $3.00 mimosas and Bloody Marys at the Sunset Grill during normal restaurant hours each Sunday. Sunset Grill opens for service at 7:30 a.m., drink specials start at 9:00 a.m.

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for our featured omelets station – $7.95 includes a made-to-order omelet served with a featured side item.

Team Trivia
Dates: Every Monday

New menu items include: the Sunset hamburger, quesadilla with chicken, garden salad, meatball sub, hot dog, nachos and our Sunset croissant.
Team Trivia is a live hosted trivia game. Play as a solo player or bring your friends to lend a helping hand or mind. Compete against other teams for prizes! Our categories include everything from history, TV, sports, geography, music and just about anything else you can think of. So if you want to show your competition how smart you are this is your chance! And maybe, just maybe, you’ll win a prize for playing.
There is no cost or obligation to play. All materials will be provided free of charge. Just bring yourself and a desire to have some fun! There will be a cash bar available and a chance to win prizes and enter to win the 50/50 raffle!
