A Message from the IronOaks President

Pat Horning, IronOaks President

A Time of Thanks!

As we enjoy the fantastic Arizona weather and the many amenities available at IronOaks, it’s important to take a moment to recognize and thank all those who contribute to making our community such a wonderful place to live.

As I’ve mentioned before, “It Takes a Village.” This sentiment rings especially true here, where over 100 dedicated resident volunteers work tirelessly year-round to support our community. They serve on various committees, advisory groups, and clubs. We sincerely appreciate each one of you for your invaluable service!

Additionally, we have more than 200 team members across management, operations, community services, food and beverage, buildings and grounds, various amenities, and golf/racquet/fitness facilities, all of whom work diligently to maintain our community and lifestyle amenities.

Last but not least, we are grateful for our dedicated 7-member Board of Directors. They devote countless hours each week to shaping our strategic direction, monitoring our finances, and collaborating with management to meet our current needs while planning for the future.

Please remember that three open Director positions will need to be filled by April 1, 2026. We encourage IronOaks homeowners to consider running for the Board in March 2026.

As we enter the holiday season and reflect on our community, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you for everything you do to make IronOaks a fantastic place to live and play.
