We are just a few rehearsals short of the upcoming concert. With so few rehearsals left—where did the time go?—the work is getting pretty intense. There are lots of words to learn, and coordinating that with the music can be very challenging with some numbers. Our memories are not what they used to be. But we are getting there, and we’ll be ready by Dec. 11 for sure.
If you have not already purchased your tickets for the December concert from a Chorale member or at Ace Hardware, there will still be one more day when tickets are available at Ace Hardware from 10 a.m. to noon. That will be on Tuesday, Dec. 2. After that, you will have to purchase tickets at the door. Surprisingly, tickets are still only $10. Don’t miss out! It promises to be a really good holiday concert with a very wide variety of numbers. Believe me, you’ll definitely feel the energy and love.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7 p.m. concert. Come early, as it will fill up quickly. The concert will be at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church at 9248 E. Riggs Road, just west of the library.
