Come to the HLAA East Valley Chapter meeting on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 12:45 to 2:30 p.m. at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church. We will be joined by members of the Sun Lakes Fire Department and members of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Posse. They’ll help us by exploring many situations we might find ourselves in, like police stops, 911 calls, witnessing a crime, late night visits by the fire department at our door, etc. Knowing in advance what to do in these circumstances will give us confidence should they ever arise. So, please join us. Bring a friend, enjoy a snack, and get some valuable information in a casual setting.
