Board Updates and Budget News
We’re pleased to share that the 2026 budget has been approved and includes a 2.5% increase—equivalent to $75 per home per year ($6.25 per month)—in the annual assessment.
A special thank you goes to our new general manager Jim Pulver for his diligent work in identifying efficiencies across the community.
The Reserve Fund ensures that we can repair and replace our existing community assets, such as buildings, roads, pathways, HVAC systems, and the resurfacing of pickleball and tennis courts, when needed. As one of the largest communities in the Valley, maintaining adequate reserves is essential to our continued success.
Get Involved
Three board director positions will be open and must be filled by April 1, 2026. We encourage all IronOaks homeowners to consider running for a board position during the March 2026 election. Your participation makes a meaningful difference!
Season’s Greetings
On behalf of the entire board, I want to wish everyone a warm and heartfelt Happy Holidays! May this season be filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments with family and friends—wherever you may be.
We are truly blessed to call IronOaks home.
