Welcome back to our winter visitors!
The Oakwood Couples 18-Hole Golf League (OCGL) is underway, and we held our first two events in November. If you would like to join the league for the season, there is still time! The deadline for joining is Dec. 15. The membership fee is $35 per couple, and membership forms and league schedule are available in the League Room at the Oakwood Pro Shop. As a reminder, we play on the second and fourth Friday of every month from November through April. There is an entry fee for the games that we play, which have been revised for this year, as well as optional dinner for participants after golf.
This is a big year for OCGL, as we are transitioning our league to utilize Golf Genius for all sign-ups, scoring, pairings, and communications for the league. As we make this transition, there will be bumps along the way, so please have patience as we navigate through this process. Sign-up is now through Golf Genius, but payment is still made by check by dropping it off in the 18-Hole Couples box in the League Room at the Pro Shop.
