Cathy and Mike Hepburn have been playing various games of cards their whole lives. Cathy took duplicate bridge lessons in 2012, and from then on, they were bridge partners.
A Life Master milestone is reached when you earn 500 Master Points. This consists of black, silver, platinum, red, and 50 of them must be gold, which are the most difficult to win. The Hepburns reached that level in November at a tournament in Tucson.
They say the best part of their journey is the people they have met and become lifelong friends with. They will continue to play bridge, but instead of basing their tournaments around colored points, they will focus on playing tournaments in cities they want to explore.
