Palo Verde residents are encouraged to attend their annual road management meeting on Thursday, Jan. 22, at 3 p.m. in the Lecture Hall room of the Cottonwood complex. The agenda will be a review of the current financial status, identify the 2026 planned work, and update those present with the latest bid results. The Road Management Board plans to set aside some legal and voting management funds toward updating its bylaws with a goal, among others, to include a capital charge fee assessed to future Palo Verde home purchasers in an effort to keep annual fees to their lowest possible level while keeping the Palo Verde roads well maintained. The Road Management Board hopes Palo Verde residents will come and learn as well as share their goals and concerns for their private roads.
