The Chordaires Show Chorus of Sun Lakes (Chordaires) entertained the community with a variety of holiday sing-out performances for a number of Sun Lakes community groups during November and December.
As the new year begins, the Chorus is focused on preparing for the annual spring show titled “On the Air: Harmony Showcase,” scheduled for Saturday, March 28, at 2 p.m. at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, 9248 E. Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248. This location is a new venue for the popular spring show. The show theme is loosely based on the radio show The Prairie Home Companion with entertainment, including jokes, fun commercials, and great music. As always, the Chordaires bring a unique spin to each show. This year, the guest quartet Heart to Heart will be featured in the second half of the show.
The Chordaires have been delighting audiences and gaining rave reviews for more than 40 years. Please save the date and plan to attend this fun event! You can purchase tickets for $20 as follows:
• Beginning Feb. 1 from a Chordaires member
• Beginning Feb. 1 online at chordaires.org (there is a slight fee). Bring a printed copy of the receipt for entry on March 28.
• Beginning March 1 during office hours from Sun Lakes United Methodist Church
