Natural Wellness with Essential Oils

Have you ever wondered what more you could be doing for your health than just managing symptoms? Or, if no symptoms would you like more energy during the day or to sleep better at night?

In the Essential Oils and Natural Wellness Club, we seek natural, gentle approaches to wellness and have fun learning how to use essential oils for cleaning, relaxing tension, sleeping better, increasing energy, balancing mood, improving digestion, and more!

We are grateful to share the benefits we have noticed from natural remedies like essential oils with each other: what oils and what amounts are safe (for humans and pets).

After June 1, our club meetings will be online via Zoom on the second Monday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Text or email for meeting link and news (dates and times of our 30minute Zoom meetings) and ideas and recipes.
