It is important to note that when our monthly board meetings resume in September, there will be an entirely new schedule. Planning meetings will be on the third Monday of each month from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and Open Board meetings on the fourth Monday from 6 to 7:30 p.m., both in the Steve Nolan Conference Room. Executive Meetings will take place prior to the open meeting. During the closed Executive meeting, a sign will be placed on the door stating “No Admittance Until the Executive Meeting has been Adjourned.” Homeowners’ attendance is encouraged at all open meetings. Board decisions are made at the open Monthly Meeting and Homeowner input is taken prior to a vote.
