Crystal Awards are presented each year to honor individuals who have demonstrated exemplary service and made contributions to the betterment of the Sun Lakes Community. Nominations are made by friends and family of volunteers.
We all know a special friend, family member, or neighbor who volunteers their time and talents and goes above and beyond to make our community better. This person may support the HOA, service groups, Rotary, Lions Club, Arizona Rangers, churches, Neighbors Who Care, clubs and organizations; volunteers who educate and entertain us through organizations like New Adventures in Learning or Sun Lakes Community theater; and volunteers of organized community activities like fund raisers, golf leagues, tennis tournaments, and various other clubs and groups that help make Sun Lakes such a special place to live.
Nomination forms are available at the Cottonwood/Palo Verde Administrative Offices, Sun Lakes Country Club Lobby, at the Concierge Desks at Oakwood and Robson Reserve. Also, for your convenience, you may complete the form online from your association’s website and then download it.
The 2027 award recipients will be honored at a banquet on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2027, at Sun Lakes Country Club.
Please take the time to nominate that special volunteer you know so he/she may be recognized and honored. All nominations must be received by 4 p.m. on Dec. 1. Paper applications may be dropped off at the Sun Lakes Country Club Admin. Services, delivered to a member of the Crystal Awards Committee, or mailed to Crystal Awards at PO Box 12402, Chandler, AZ 85248.
