Lyn Munn
IronOaks residents are invited to join our Tuesday Canasta group. We meet at the poolside building across from the Oakwood Clubhouse just after noon on Tuesdays and play year-round from 12:30 until 3:30 p.m. We play four-handed and three-handed versions and will eventually offer the opportunity to learn and play PonyTail Canasta, which is a version that is similar to Hand and Foot. Beginners are welcome to come, watch, and learn, as we all were beginners at one time. Come and make new friends. We do need to limit new members of our group to residents of IronOaks. For more information, contact Lyn Munn by texting 480-650-3408 or by email at Lynmunn@gmail.com. I can email the Canasta rules we use to you in advance if you would like to review them before coming, but it is always easier to learn by watching and playing.
