Sun Lakes United Methodist Church is offering an eight-week Grief Support Group, on Tuesdays, 1:30 to 3 p.m., in Room 4 of the Education Bldg. The group started Sept. 15. Grief is a natural response to a significant loss, but it can be overwhelming when your loss disrupts your sense of normalcy. Learn how to navigate this time in healthy ways, along with others who understand what you are going through. The class is led by licensed therapist Mary Sievert.
