Are you moving your feet enough each day?
Would you like to create a sustainable walking program that will support you in feeling healthier?
Did you know a person is considered sedentary if they take less than 5,000 steps per day with the average American walking about 3,000 steps daily! Uh oh – do you fall into that category?
Okay, we know what you’re thinking.
You’ve tried everything and nothing works. Trust us we understand.
During the past year the I Love Walking Group made the decision to make lifestyle changes that would make us healthier and happy.
One of the major challenges was creating a sustainable exercise plan that we loved, enjoyed and that fit into our Sun Lakes busy lifestyle! So, we created Every Step Counts to help others revolutionize the way they think about exercise.
Is this what you are looking for? A new way to energize your life. Are you ready to transition from a sedentary life to a life filled with action?
Sounds good? But what does it mean?
