This month is the perfect time to learn how to dance so that you can enjoy the wonderful and very social winter season in Sun Lakes. There is a Basic Social Dance class starting the week of September 14 so call Mary Lou, your certified instructor, to get all the details on day, time and location. Classes will be held in the dance studio at Cottonwood on Tuesdays and Thursdays and in the Ballroom on Wednesdays at the SunBird Golf Resort. There’s bound to be a convenient offering for your schedule.
It’s incredibly easy to get on the dance floor using the KISS (Keep It Super Simple) method created by Mary Lou Kaye, a DEA and PDF-certified dance instructor. Within one hour you will be able to move to any song she plays. You’ll amaze yourself. Walk in – dance out!
There will be a free Sunday Tea Dance with a free sample lesson in the Ballroom at the SunBird Golf Resort. Come and see how simple it is to get started. It will run from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Enjoy some free light snacks and of course, some free tea (iced, of course).
