Republican Club January 10 Meeting

The Sun Lakes Republican Club will feature “Educate, Engage, and Unite,” a presentation by the Arizona Conservative Policy Alliance Team, and keynote speaker Sheriff Mark Lamb at its monthly meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Navajo Room of the Sun Lakes Country Club, at 25601 S. Sun Lakes Blvd., in Sun Lakes. The public is invited! Please bring your neighbors and friends! Our mission is “education for an informed electorate.”

The Arizona Conservative Policy Alliance Team will kick off our first meeting of the new year with an inspirational presentation that will inform and invigorate us all to work together in 2024! Are you willing to take back our state? It begins with the grassroots! We guarantee you will want to share what you learn with others! It’s time to educate, engage, and unite others, and it begins with you! The team is composed of two educators, Mary Fritsche and Diane Ortiz-Parsons, and also training specialist CJ Parsons. Together, they have many decades of political experience.

Diane Ortiz-Parsons is the Chief Operations Officer for ACPA, a 501(c)(4) organization that brings together like-minded Arizonans. She has an extensive 35-year background in education, policy (serving on city, state, and national boards), nonprofit organizations focused on faith and family, politics (from grassroots to running legislative, state, and presidential campaigns), and over 20 years’ experience in elections. Diane is a Chandler resident and an Arizona native.

Mary Fritsche has a background as a software design engineer and microbiologist. Mary is the Chief Information Officer for ACPA. Her experience includes being the National Data Coordinator of My Faith Votes, a former Legislative District Chair, treasurer of various campaigns and clubs, and a data provider for many organizations in Arizona. CJ Parsons is Chief Technology Officer for ACPA. She has worked in many elections departments, as well as on legislative, county, and statewide campaigns.

Our keynote speaker of the evening is Sheriff Mark Lamb who will discuss how he plans to preserve our fundamental freedoms of speech, life, liberty, and property rights and protect our border security as he campaigns to be our next United States Senator. Sheriff Lamb was elected as the 24th Sheriff of Pinal County on Jan. 1, 2017. He oversees a county the size of Connecticut and manages nearly 500 employees within the department. Sheriff Mark Lamb has both experience in law enforcement and the private sector. Lamb serves on the frontlines at the southern border, fighting the criminal cartels to prevent the flow of deadly fentanyl and human trafficking.

You will also hear from other important candidates, such as Corporation Commission Candidate Rene Lopez. Please join us for what promises to be an inspirational kick-off to 2024! For more information, visit our website, www.slgop.org, or contact Mike Tennant at 262-880-4620.
