At our May 3 meeting, it was all about UFOs! At least seven members (so far) shared some unfinished projects they’d like to complete this summer. We have until the November meeting to complete these in order to be entered in the raffle to win. Those who weren’t able to come to the meeting are welcome to join in as well. They can just share what they completed over the summer. At least three members took the Art Quilting class offered by Marti Kellogg and plan to finish their projects over the summer.

Our guild doesn’t meet again formally until Sept. 6; however, many of our friendship groups plan to meet over the summer. If you are interested in becoming a member of Agave, please contact President Betty Bogaard at [email protected] or Loy Rheinauer, membership chair, at [email protected].

Agave Quilters Guild is open to new members of all skill levels. General meetings are held September through May on the first Wednesday of each month. We look forward to welcoming you to our Agave Quilt Guild, the original Sun Lakes Quilt Guild since 1995!
