Age to perfection

Sarelyn Parrault

Aging, relationships, even retirement can sometimes leave us stressed and empty not knowing where to turn. “Age to Perfection” can be the place to turn. It is the piece of the puzzle that is missing for a truly enjoyable retirement. This on-going group meeting offers proven methods to see things in a different light. Here you can find support, uplifting ideas and new stress reduction techniques. On-going group meetings are held from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays in Cottonwood’s A-7 classroom, Sun Lakes, Arizona.

Here you’ll learn to let go and soar above it all. No, we aren’t serving anything “Funky.” You’ll discover healthy ways to step into new thinking. You’ll become motivated to enjoy the unexpected wonders, magic and miracles that just show up.

The first hour, we’ll focus on “the learning.” We’ll be using special proven materials as our guide. The last half hour focuses on play and light conversation. Bring an open mind, a sense of adventure, a desire to learn plus your best smile. Get ready to commit to a renewed life with opportunities for greater joy and relaxation. You deserve the best because you are the best. Come and see who shows up. Bring a friend. Please note, this will not be a place to dump misery. It will be a place to find the happy magic in our lives.

Sarelyn Parrault, the group leader, has been retired and is now re-careering with renewed passion and a new purpose.
