Basic Social Dance classes will begin in the SunBird community in September. Classes will be held on Wednesdays. Specific details will be confirmed in the near future.
Basic Social Dance allows you to strut your stuff on small dance floors to any kind of music you may prefer – standards, golden oldies, rock and roll, country, whatever suits your fancy. Mary Lou Kaye, a certified ballroom dance instructor developed a kiss (keep it super simple) method that will have you dancing to any kind of music you hear within an hour.
