There’s not a lot of dance activity to report as yet, but look out when we get back on the dance floor!
Dancing is such fun and an incredibly wonderful form of exercise. And it all takes part while holding a good-looking partner in your arms. It covers a lot of territory: learning a new skill … mental acuity … an expanded social life … flexibility, improved balance, and so much more. It really is the “Fountain of Youth.”
An amazing thing occurred, though. We have had to begin a waiting list of people who want to get on the dance floor as soon as the studio is opened for the next round of classes. Our current situation may have triggered the realization that we shouldn’t put off new challenges. You’re invited to add your name to the list as well.
