The Gala will offer music, dancing, raffles, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, a photo booth to capture the memories, and an opportunity to support the goal of dementia friendly Sun Lakes—to make all families feel welcome and included! Formal, festive attire is the vibe for the evening.
Proceeds will support the memory café held every Monday at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, and other Sun Lakes dementia friendly initiatives that are offered to the greater community. Benefits include dementia awareness, understanding, education, connection, emotional support, and family resource options for families and people living with cognitive changes.
