The luncheon will be held on Dec. 20 at 11:30 a.m. The location will be determined at our November meeting. As with past years, there will be a gift exchange of five of our best and most unique handmade cards presented in a hand-decorated gift bag. Our recent sale in Sun Lakes Phase 1, hosted by the Sun Lakes Women’s Association, was successful, and we look forward to next year.

Our group of skilled card artists makes all different kinds of greeting cards, and anyone who enjoys card making and sharing is welcome to join. There are no dues, just a love of card making and a willingness to share what you know. Each member takes a turn being the featured artist of the month. Two or three card kits are assembled and then given to each member to make during our regular meetings, which are held on the third Wednesday of each month in the Arts & Crafts Room of Sun Lakes Phase 1 at 1 p.m. Many of the club members also meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. in the Phase 1 grill, although this is not necessary.
