Recently, many friends came to celebrate Betty Sanders on her 99th birthday on the IronOaks Fitness/Racquet Club patio. We are all in awe of her quick wit and lively sense of humor.
Betty has been a part of the Sun Lakes community for years, and many of you may know her from her days of volunteering at the Posse and with Neighbors Who Care. She remains active in the United Methodist Church’s Bible Study and embraces her faith. She is also a longtime tennis player and enthusiast.
Betty recently moved to Robson Reserve, and it is no surprise that she continues to work out on a daily basis and hobnob with her numerous friends.
What a gift to be 99 years old and be so active. We are all looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday next October!
