Chordaires receive 501(c)(3) status

Jana Greene

The Chordaires Show Chorus of Sun Lakes has recently received a 501(c)(3) tax designation. This means that your contributions to your local community chorus are fully or partially tax deductible.

The Chorus brings so much enjoyment to folks within not only Sun Lakes, but the greater Chandler area through their barbershop-style singing performances. Engagements include many of the local convalescent facilities, senior living facilities and area clubs. They bring joy to so many and have often received accolades for their ability to improve a patient’s outlook.

In addition, some of the monies raised by our annual Spring Show are donated back to a worthy local community organization. If you wish to support the work of the Chorus you may do so by becoming a Friend of Chordaires. Your donation will be gratefully acknowledged in the spring show program according to contribution category. Of course you may remain anonymous if you prefer.

Friend of Chordaires contribution levels are as follows: Quarter Note (contributions of up to $25), Half Note (contributions of $26-$50), Whole Note (contributions of $51-$99) and G-Clef (contributions of $100 to $499), Conductor (contributions of $500 or more). You may make your donation on our website at chordaires.org via PayPal, or make your check out to the Chordaires Show Chorus of Sun Lakes and send it c/o Treasurer C. Decker, 8921 E Olive Lane, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248.

We hope to see you at one of our holiday performances, which are listed on our website at chordaires.org, or at our spring show, Broadway Our Way! on March 12, 2016 at the Cottonwood Country Club San Tan Ballroom.
