Wow! Where has the year gone? Time for the Metal Lokators’ annual Christmas luncheon. All members—past, present, and those considering becoming members, are welcome, as well as any family and friends.

Sun Lakes Metal Lokators meet the second Monday of every month, October through April, at 1 p.m. Most meetings are held at Sun Lakes Country Club. This month, we will be meeting at Joe’s BBQ in Gilbert, Ariz., on Dec. 13 for our Christmas luncheon. We will be meeting at 11:30 a.m. for lunch.

In November, club members went to a local park and hunted. We then had lunch and socialized.

Club dues are $15 per person per year. Everyone is welcome to join us to see if this is an activity you would like.

If you have no metal detector and would like to try one out, you may come to one of our monthly hunts and use the club’s detector.
