1st place was a tie with Mary Nelson and Nancy Gahn with a score of 36, 3rd place was Sandy Johnson with a score of 38.

The August 4 CLGA event was Guess Your Score. Before you play your round you must tell the Pro Shop your target score and the winners are the entrants that are closest to their guessed score.

Four players guessed their target score within two strokes and the winners were Patty Assanti, Julie Curran, Nancy Howell and Sandy Worden.

It is still very hot on the course and with the monsoon weather pretty humid too. So continue to drink plenty of H2O before you play and during play to stay hydrated. See you on the course and stay cool.
