Lance Williams, Executive Director, Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes
It is my pleasure to extend a warm and heartfelt invitation to all our neighbors and friends to join us for a series of festive, family-friendly events we’re hosting as we begin 2026! One of my greatest joys in this role is helping to build meaningful connections—among not only the residents who call our community home, but also between our campus and the broader area we are privileged to live in. These upcoming celebrations are designed to bring people together, create memories, and highlight the vibrant, active, and joyful spirit that thrives here every day!
Our first event in the lineup is our Wines Around the World event on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 2 to 4 p.m., which promises an afternoon of live music, good company, and a wine and appetizer sampling. Residents, families, and guests are welcome to join us for this exciting event!
On March 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., we’ll be hosting the Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes 4th Annual Community Car Show, an event that’s become a favorite tradition on our campus. From polished, vintage classics to impressive, modern builds, the showcase draws car enthusiasts from near and far. This year, we may even have some of our team members enter their own cars. Attendees will vote for their favorite car to award prizes and enjoy delicious food, live music, and plenty of photo opportunities. Whether you’re a seasoned car lover or simply curious, the car show offers a relaxed, nostalgic, and upbeat atmosphere that celebrates craftsmanship, history, and the joy of lifelong passions.
We’ll wrap up our event series with a festive Luau on Wednesday, April 8, from 2 to 4 p.m., complete with tropical décor, lively island-inspired music, and a delicious buffet featuring both traditional luau flavors and familiar favorites. This event is always a highlight for our residents who enjoy dressing in bright colors, trying new foods, and savoring the lively atmosphere. Guests can expect hula dancers and a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of “aloha”—friendship, peace, and compassion. It’s a wonderful opportunity for everyone to experience the energy and enthusiasm that make our community feel like family.
Registration is required to attend an event. Visit robsonseniorliving.com/events to RSVP. All events are free to attend, and we truly hope you’ll join us. We look forward to welcoming you, celebrating together, and continuing to build a community where everyone feels at home.
Hope to meet you at Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes soon!
