Each year, devoted volunteers within the Sun Lakes communities are recognized with Crystal Awards following nominations from friends and family members. Appreciation is extended to those who took the initiative to submit nominations, allowing these volunteers to receive well-deserved recognition.
This year’s honorees are as follows: Cottonwood Palo Verde: Brian Haynie and Denise Haynie; IronOaks: Ron Burchette, Jeanette Cline, Bobbie Rubin, and Regina Wegman; Robson Reserve: Jacquie Peterson; Sun Lakes Country Club: William Becker, Dena Brinkman, Karl Eberle, and Bob Ralston.
Friends and family are encouraged to attend the Crystal Award Banquet to honor these volunteers in the Oakwood ballroom the evening of March 22. No-host cocktails will be served at 5 p.m., with dinner at 6 p.m., followed by the presentation ceremony.
Tickets are on sale at the Concierge desk at Oakwood. The menu includes a main dish choice of braised beef rib with a red wine demi-glace or shitake chicken breast in a mushroom sauce served with broccoli, cauliflower, rice pilaf, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased by cash or check (made payable to Crystal Awards). Show your appreciation by attending this gala event.
