John Blair
January is a great time to ease into a fitness resolution, and yoga is a great resolution for stretching and strengthening injuries, old or current.
Yoga is a 5000-year-old practice integrating breath and movement, allowing blood flow to organs, muscles, and joints, bringing better health and wellness.
John comes from Montana as an RYT200-certified yoga instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. John’s approach is about understanding the limits of his students and providing them with modifications and tools that work better for each individual’s strengthening process. Lots of laughs in this class.
Come learn how to strengthen your joints and get your swag back, starting Monday, Jan. 6.
Schedule: Saturdays 9 to 10 a.m. and Mondays 9 to 10 a.m.
Classes will be held in the Cottonwood Fitness Center. If you have a mat, bring it.
People who do yoga don’t get bent outta shape.
