The Cottonwood Lady Niners held their annual fall meeting and luncheon on Nov. 17. On the agenda were committee reports and an announcement of a generous donation to support our league. John Roberge provided the memorial gift in memory of his wife Karen Roberge who had been a vibrant member of the Niners. Karen passed away unexpectedly in their New York home in September 2021. We are grateful to John for his thoughtfulness.

The Lady Niners are a nine hole league devoted to promoting golf to new and experienced women golfers. We currently have 82 members, including 12 new ladies. Many fun events, as well as postable rounds, are played from November through May. Our Member/Guest tournament will be held on March 16.
