On March 10, 2019, the Sun Lakes community will gather to honor its own. The Crystal Award Banquet will celebrate volunteers and all they do to make our community great.

The 2019 awardees will be announced later this month. Their names will be added to the list of 69 volunteers so honored since the program began in 2010.

The celebration will be held in the Oakwood Ballroom on Sunday March 10, at 5:00 p.m. A cocktail hour will provide time to congratulate the new awardees and mingle with friends. The banquet menu includes Boursin stuffed chicken with rice and veggies, house salad and dessert for $22.50 per person, inclusive. Tickets will go on sale at the Oakwood clubhouse concierge desk following the announcement of the 2019 honorees.

The March program will highlight volunteerism and share the many activities and contributions of the “Class of 2019.”
