New participants are welcome. This is not traditional yoga. This is a healing yoga. When your energy is moving normally through your cells your body begins to heal itself.
It is very easy and if some of the exercises are too hard you just do the best you can for your condition. Just follow along. You do not have to be limber or in shape. You just follow your body and I will help you modify the exercises for your condition. These exercises can be done in the chairs.
You can bring some type of mat. There are some yoga mats in the room. Wear loose comfortable clothing. This is a good way to start your day or end your day. You will feel energized and at the same time relaxed. We end class with Qi Gong meditative practices which help calm the spirit and body.
