Do you enjoy taking day trips but hate the hassle of driving to get to your destination? Do you enjoy the beauty of our state and would like to find a way to see the wonders of our state hassle-free with other Sun Lakes residents who share your passion? The Day Trippers may be just for you.

We are a new, non-organized group starting here in Cottonwood Palo Verde but open to all Sun Lakes residents who enjoy travel. We will be concentrating on day trips here in our wonderful state. We are working closely with Free Spirit Travel to offer you different types of day trips that are exciting, informative, fun-filled, and, most importantly, hassle-free, where we will leave the driving to someone else. Once we sign up for a tour, we will be picked up at the flagpole at Cottonwood, and the driver will take us to our destination. We can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. If this sounds like something for you, we would love your input on possible trips and destinations.
