A new year brings much to be excited about as we gallop toward our goals as artists here in Sun Lakes. The Desert Artists Club has provided a space for all visual artists to come together and create in a supportive environment. We continue to grow in the development of our individual artistic skills and in our friendships within our club.

Our club meets weekly year round and is open to artists within the three HOAs in Sun Lakes. We meet in the Ceramics Room (A-8) in Cottonwood from 3 to 6 p.m. each Tuesday. This corner room is opposite the library in the courtyard and across from the Golf Pro Shop on Robson Boulevard. We are a casual club and have no dues or meetings. We have occasional social gatherings and artistic outings. Our artists paint in many mediums: oil, watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, pen and ink, to name a few. Our artist members are diverse, with years of experience or just beginning. All are welcome so come and be inspired.
