“Things Nobody Tells You When You Age” will be presented by Elaine Poker-Yount, Community Liaison for Visiting Angels East Valley at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church on March 10.

In this humorous but grounded-in-reality presentation, Elaine will cover the top ten items you can check off your to-do list to help reduce stress of the aging progress. A twice-monthly contributor to the Arizona Republic in a column entitled “Sandwich Generation,” Elaine provides resource information on aging and elder care to the community. She will bring oodles of resource information, so bring a bag!
