Have you been curious where essential oils come from? Or how they are made? If so, be our guest for the next few Monday mornings at the Essential Oils for Healthy Living Club.

We have fun learning about essential oils for sun protection, skin repair, bug repelling (for people and pets!), and also supporting our digestive, circulatory, and immune systems (to name a few).

Keeping the immune system functioning properly depends on many things, including getting adequate sleep, regular exercise, and a balanced diet. Daily supplementation with a food nutrient complex rich in vitamin D3 and other vitamins and minerals supports a healthy immune system.

High-quality essential oils such as oregano, lemon, melaleuca, and thyme also support the immune system. Scientific study demonstrates that diffusion of essential oils can purify and cleanse the air, providing added protection.

During our next few classes, we will be making some personal sprays and massage oil blends. Come make some to take home! We meet every Monday morning from 10 to 10:45 a.m. in the Cottonwood clubhouse. Call or text 208-880-8829 or email [email protected] for specific dates and topics (and room number).

Join the Essential Oils Club where you can learn how to support great health in numerous ways.
